What Changes the Price
Room count and property size. The core driver of cost is simply how many rooms and bathrooms need cleaning. A 2-bedroom apartment and a 5-bedroom villa are priced from the same per-room and per-bathroom rates, scaled to what you actually have.
Amount of construction residue. A light renovation (new paint, new flooring in one area) leaves far less dust and residue than a full villa build. Heavier jobs — fresh builds with visible cement dust, paint splatter across every room, and adhesive film residue on all glass — take longer and may affect the final quote.
Full-house vs. per-room booking. If you're booking the entire property in one visit, we offer a meaningful discount on the combined total rather than charging each room individually at full rate. This is almost always the better option if more than 2–3 rooms need cleaning.
Additional requested services. Some clients combine post-construction cleaning with sofa cleaning, carpet shampooing, or window cleaning for furniture and fixtures moved in after the build. These can be quoted together in the same visit.

Every post-construction clean — regardless of property size — covers the full scope: ceiling fans, AC vents, walls and corners, switches and sockets, windows (frames and glass), kitchen cabinets inside and out, bathroom fixtures, skirting boards, and a final single-disc machine pass on all hard flooring. There's no "basic" tier that skips steps — every room gets the same standard.
