We Understand

The Fire Is Out. The Worry Isn't.

Families who call us after a fire usually tell us the same things. Here is how we handle each one.

"Everyone told me it's impossible."

Many homes are written off before anyone has properly looked.

We assess every case for free and tell you honestly what can be restored.

"I'm afraid cleaning will make it worse."

Wrong methods smear soot into walls and stain surfaces for good.

We test a hidden spot on every surface type before we start.

"The smoke smell is everywhere."

Smell hides in fabrics, walls and furniture — air fresheners only mask it.

We remove the residue at the source first, then treat the odour.

"I want my family back home."

Renting while you wait costs money and peace of mind.

We clean room by room and can hand back areas in stages.

Why We Started This Service

He Was Told His Home Was Gone.

A man contacted us after a fire in his home. Before us, he had called several companies — every one told him it was impossible. He believed them and never called back. To him, the house was lost, and he was planning to rent while building a new one.

We launched this service for the next family — so no one hears "impossible" before someone has actually seen their home.

Our Method

A Careful Process, Step by Step

Fire cleaning is not regular cleaning. The order of the steps matters — doing them wrong is what causes permanent damage.

  1. 1Assess Every Room

We walk the home with you, identify the type of smoke residue on each surface, map which areas are affected and which are not, and test-clean hidden spots.

Why it matters: different residues need different methods. Guessing is how surfaces get ruined.
  2. 2Protect & Isolate

We seal off unaffected rooms and cover AC vents, floors and furniture before work begins.

Why it matters: soot travels. Isolation keeps clean rooms clean.
  3. 3Remove Soot Dry — First

Loose soot is lifted with dry-cleaning methods before any water touches a surface. We filter the air while we work.

Why it matters: wet wiping too early pushes soot deeper into paint, grout and fabric.
  4. 4Deep Clean by Surface

Walls, ceilings, cabinets, tiles, glass and fixtures — each cleaned with the method suited to its material, checked by the supervisor.

Why it matters: one method for everything is how finishes get stripped or stained.
  5. 5Furniture & Contents

Sofas, carpets, curtains and household items are cleaned where they can be safely restored.

Why it matters: if something can't be restored safely, we tell you — and bring in a specialist. The decision is yours.
  6. 6Odour Treatment

Once the residue is removed, we treat the remaining smoke odour.

Why it matters: masking a smell without removing its source means it comes back.
  7. 7Final Walkthrough & Handover

Room by room, against a checklist you sign. Areas can be handed back in stages.

Why it matters: you see and approve every room before we leave — backed by our 24-hour service warranty.

Free Advice — Before You Start

4 Mistakes That Make Fire Damage Worse

Wait until the authorities confirm your home is safe to enter. Then, before any cleaning, avoid these:

Wiping soot with a wet cloth

Water smears soot and drives it into paint and grout. Dry removal always comes first.

Switching on a central AC

It can blow soot from the ducts into rooms that were clean. Have it checked by an AC specialist first.

Using strong household chemicals

Bleach and harsh cleaners can react with residue and permanently stain or strip surfaces.

Throwing everything away

Many items can be restored. Get an assessment before you decide what is lost.

FAQ

Post-Fire Cleaning — Your Questions

Is the assessment really free?

Yes. A supervisor visits your home, inspects every affected room with you and gives you a written scope and fixed quote. There is no obligation to book.

Can you guarantee the smoke smell will be completely gone?

No honest company can guarantee that for every home. We remove the residue at its source and then treat the odour, following correct fire-cleaning practice. If a material holds odour and can't be restored, we tell you during the assessment.

Can my home be saved even if other companies refused?

Often more can be restored than people expect. We can only answer after seeing the property — that is exactly what the free assessment is for.

Do you clean the AC?

We clean the outer casing of split AC units. AC internals, vents and central AC ducts are handled by a specialist we bring in. Please don't run a central AC after a fire until it has been checked.

Do we have to move out during the work?

It depends on how much of the home is affected. We can isolate areas and hand rooms back in stages, so you may be able to use part of your home sooner.

How is the price calculated?

After the assessment, based on the affected area, the type of residue and the contents to be cleaned. You receive a written fixed quote with 5% VAT stated. Booking is confirmed with an advance payment.

Which areas do you serve?

Across Ras Al Khaimah, including Al Dhait South, Khalifa City, Al Rifaa, Mina Al Arab, Khuzam and Al Nakheel. Not sure about your area? Message us on WhatsApp.
